What did you learn about the SMART Board this week?
I learned that the smart board already has many great programs installed into the smartboard itself that you can use (premade lessons). I also learned aboutall the great graphics it has and how to search and find those. When messing around with the smartboard Ifound myself having a lot of fun and really enjoying the technology. I found, from firsthand experience that the smartboard is a lot of fun and a great way to learn. I also learnd how to get stuents ivolved with th smartboard wheter its in small groups or with a whole clas..
What questions do you still have about using an interactive white board?
1. What is the most effective way to have the kids interact with the smartboard (groups, whole class, individually)
2. What kind of times would it be uneffective to use a smartboard?
3. Should smartboard games be an award for a class being good?
4. What percentage of teachers with smartboards use them daily in class?
5. Do the boards have a lot of malfunctions or glitches?
